Tailor-made RFID Transponders
CP1800 is a tailor-made RFID transponder which is widely used in RFID melamine tableware. It is a high temperature and pressure resistant electronic tag, which can withstand 240°C high temperature injection molding production, and can withstand a maximum pressure of 200 tons per square meter. The front of the CP1800 is an RFID chip, with white protective glue on the surface, which is slightly convex, and a black protective glue at the center of the back, and the surface is flat.
How to make the RFID Tableware?
1. Place the reverse side of CP1800 in the groove of the first mold, and the front side (white convex surface) is facing upwards.
2. Make sure that the CP1800 is in the center of the groove, and place the new injection material on it.
3. After ensuring that the tableware is cooled, and the temperature is lower than 80 degrees, then perform the function test .
